Hi Eleanor

Ok it does show orange but it is still using o2, just piggy
backing via orange, o2 have given me the correct number for
the message centre but it doesn't help, I think it
definitely has a password on it, I even tried changing
networks earlier but it doesn't help.

Well for a start I wouldl have thought it would say Orange
France or 
whatever!  Go in to the Orange settings and see or your
connectivity 
settings.
