I agree with Brad! You should install the Talks file first. This away you
get a Talking phone so that you can go and change any security option needed
to change it from Signed Only to ALL. You may not need to do this but why
create issues when you can just install the Talks file first and prevent it
from the get go?

No you want to install the Talks file first then the eloquence file. Most
new phones will come up talking with the built in voice after installing
talks. The reason for this is that you may have to go and change the
setting to allow you to install all files instead of just signed files in
the app manager.

what file do i install first?
the talks file or the elequence file?
