Hi, it's best you install eloquence first so that after installing talks,
your phone will come up talking.

it has been a long time since i had to install talks onto a phone.
when christmas comes i have a new phone that i will have to install talks
onto.
i have downloaded the recent files from the talknav website and have them
stored on my pc.
i intend to bluetooth them to my new phone with sighted assistance.
my question is this:
what file do i install first?
the talks file or the elequence file?
