I hope not, as I am rather tired of all of this additional forking out that
seems to be a part of talks, but if that is the case, it would explain why
on both of my talks phones, the VCM voices don't show up.

Don't you need to pay for a licence to use them? You already have
Eloquence
so any other voice as I understand it requires additional payment.

hello all,
after upgrading talks, I decided to also give the other VCM voices a go,
but am having a problem.
I installed the 2 english ones on my phone, and as far as I can tell,
they
installed fine, but talks won't see them, or give me any option to switch
to them.
what have I done wrong?
or how do I get talks to see them?
