I hope not, as I am rather tired of all of this additional forking out that 
seems to be a part of talks, but if that is the case, it would explain why 
on both of my talks phones, the VCM voices don't show up.

Don't you need to pay for a licence to use them?  You already have Eloquence
so any other voice as I understand it requires additional payment.
