Hi Eleanor Another suggestion, is it possible with nokia pc suite to back up the phone and it's settings so if you make a mistake like this again, it is possible to put it back? I use the software for backing up my contacts and messages and other tings.

I can now report that I am back up and running so my advice to those who like myself have very little technical knowledge, do not delete anythign unless you are 100% confident that you know what you are deleting.
