Hi all I had to re-set to factory settings because of the problem with Quick Office and my own stupidity! at deleting the System Folder off the phone memory. I can now report that I am back up and running so my advice to those who like myself have very little technical knowledge, do not delete anythign unless you are 100% confident that you know what you are deleting.
