In other news, Y-Browser 1.00(5) is not the latest version, at least not for S60v3. That having been said, the option to disable scrolling appears in the latest version, in the mentioned place, as the tenth and final option in the list. It also existed in previous versions, though, I've used Y-Browser from the start (since 2009 at least).
