It's running Windows Phone 7 and not Windows 7, which are two entirely
different operating systems, so no JAWS. BTW, you can thank MS for the
confusion!

Hi Matthew.

Sorry to but in here but hope the following might be useful even though
I'm in the UK.

I used to use the N86 so know exactly the type of thing you are talking
about.

I was quite reluctant to go over completely to "Touch Screen" and
tried
to find the happy medium of "Touch Screen" Buttons and a Navigation
button much like is on the N86.
I use the Nokia E6 and find it suits all my needs.
I use it for phonecalls, Texting, Web surfing, Tweeting on Twitter,
occasionally looking at Facebook and playing music from Youtube.
I personaly don't use the phone for Email but I know of people who
do this
very successfully.

The phone is a bit like a Blackberry in that it has a QWERTY keyboard
which is raised. Some of the actual functions need to be accessed
via Touch
Screen but this is easily done once you get used to it and it works
well
with Talks.

It also has a Navigation key much like the N86 together with other
buttons.

I'm sure there are others on the list who will come up with
alternatives but
all I'm trying to say is take a look at the E6.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Steve. Am in the U.S., want Wi-Fi, and physical buttons to push.
Anything still out there like the N85 or N86? Please advise. Or, if
something else that works, please let me know. Thanks.--Matthew Chao

It really comes down to you as far as what you want and what is
important to you.

So for starters:
1. What country are you in?
2. What kind of phone enter face do you want? qwerty? Numeric keypad?
Touch screen?
3. Wifi wireless lan?

Hi, Folks. I seem to have lost my N86, and need a new Nokia phone.
Can anyone recommend a new one from the current crop of phones out
there? thanks.--Matthew Chao
