Don't know if its avaible in US but I think the Nokia E52 have what you
need. This model is still avaible in EU. I never have any problem with
this unit. It is very stable both with Talks and Mobile Speak.

2. What kind of phone enter face do you want? qwerty? Numeric keypad?
