Oops! I ment to say *#7780# and not *#7370# The 7780 is the soft reset and
7370 is a full reset. So don't do the 7370 but try the 7780.

I keep getting an error when I try and back up on to memory card. I
then decided to reformat the memory card but I am still getting an
error, I am told there is insufficient memory. The card is GB2. Talks
says close applications and try again. I have done this too but no
luck. Any suggestions?
