That doesn't sound good! Did you try a Soft reset on your phone and then try
the backup to see if that works? *#7370#?

I keep getting an error when I try and back up on to memory card. I then
decided to reformat the memory card but I am still getting an error, I am
told there is insufficient memory. The card is GB2. Talks says close
applications and try again. I have done this too but no luck. Any
suggestions?
