Well, I'm not familiar with your phone or it's email client, but on my phone, I need to do the following in a text message:
1) Make sure cursor is set to original 2) Make sure autofind is set to off 3) Now using the left and right arrow keys will move between the objects in the message, such as links, phone numbers, ... 4) Once an object has the focus, you'll get the corresponding options for that object, such as opening up a link I hope this helps!
