I gave a range of months and didn't just say January and also said that was based on past history. I believe i said Jan to march or even April. Basically within sometime in the 1st 3rd of the year. If it help some people, i can list each month so if they see Jan-Apr. They don't need to understand what the dash is for. In most cases when i see a dash like that, it mean from this throu that. So you could have mist the 2nd word because of the dash in the middle of the two words.
