You will preferably need to configure all your e-mail clients, that is, the
applications you use to view your e-mail to use IMAP as the preferred
connection method.

This will mean that your mail accounts across all your computers, devices etc,
will all have the same e-mail on them.

If you use POP instead, then the mail only exists in the application that you
download the message to, so this can cause issues when you are trying to locate
a specific message.

Simply check that your computer at work is using IMAP or Exchange, then setup
your E6 to also use your mail account in IMAP, and you're away.

No need to turn on / off the mail during the day, mail will arrive to both at
the same time.

any questions, just ask.

Hi All,
I am interested in getting my email accounts on my E6.
However, before I do this I have one question.

I use emails on my PC as well as portable devices.
So if I have my email accounts on my E6, Can I switch them on and off - so
that for example, if I'm in the office the emails will come to my PC and
not the phone.

Thanks.
