Hi Steven On the first two, the card works ok on my pc, also in my victor stream. I got the card in ok but I cannot unfortunately up-grade my phone's firmware as for some unknown reason, it keeps trying to download the software and stops, not sure why. Will try again later on, very strange.

You could have received a bad card to start with. Next I would make sure that you have the latest firmware on your C5 phone. Also make sure that you insert the card correctly in the phone and it clicks in place and doesn't pop up when you remove your finger when pushing it into the phone.
