The reason that they feel irritates is because they dont feel comfortable with 
a device that speaks. The amazing part of talks 
compared to another mobile screen reader is, talks does not change the user 
experience on a device, especially touchscreen phone. 
Therefore a touchscreen phone user with talks installed can share he/her phone 
with a sighted without shutting off talks or what so 
ever. The only thing that you need to do is to mute talks so that they dont 
feel annoying with the speech.
