Hi, you are indeed able to leave your old N82 with Talks running on it, provided you are the user and owner still. If you sell it on, you must remove Talks and not sell the phone with an implied second hand Talks license attached.
You can transfer your existing Talks license for £50 or equivalent in any of our supported currencies at www.talknav.com by simply entering the old and new IMEI numbers. please do advise if you have further questions.
