hi Eleanor , i have not responded to your questions.. i expressed one
more problem in E 6 I.E "when i receive a call in my E6 the virtual
key (2) displayed as (silent) when activated does  not read the caller
I.D as it would in other phones. only talks + center button is doing
that job right now.
