Yes you can dial from the keyboard, however you cannot then input an
extension from the keyboard!!! The speaker is fine but if you have a
hearing problem you should be aware that there is just one speaker and you
will need to take care not to cover it over with your hand when you have the
keyboard open.

looking at different phone's and I want a phone with a qwerty keyboard.
Is the ovi store accessible on the phone?
How is the sound quality and how does the keyboard feel, is it good?

I have a E5 which is very good too but is not a slider phone. Internet and

You may prefer a good basic phone like the C5, it has numeric keypad but
no wi-fi. Very slim candy-bar phone. Talks works well on it.
