I tried to synchronize using phone switch and I only got contacts and

When using the Phone Switch! It will move text messages regardless of
where they are located as long as you have a memory card in both phones
and have it checked in the phone switch program.

Yes when you get a different phone use the Phone Switch program to
copy the data from one phone to another phone. The E72 has this
ability and other Nokia phones also have this ability. This away you
can copy all of your messages, contact, sound files and the like.
