The people that are having issues with the e72. Can you please provide
what firmware you have on the phone and if it is branded or not to the
cell provider or not. However the firmware version is required. Brandede
or not is optional but if you know that information include it. To find
out firmware version, do a star pound/hash/number 000 0 pound/hash/number
while at the standby screen. The standby screen is the screen that shows
you the cell providers name and is the first screen you land on after
turning on your phone and the screen reader is done coming up.
