Maurice
I am sorry I came across as very cross. Indeed I was not and this can be misconstrued at times. I partly blame our speech technology for things like this. I merely felt that you have had excellent support on the list for the e7 and where more than one member has addressed your questions and you come back saying that you have now solved the problem, it is hard for me in particular to know which of the various suggestions worked for you. If it is, as has been the case Allan and his suggestion has worked then that is fine and I know what works. Hope this is OK. No your questions are brilliant and you are getting excellent answers but it is good to have some imput from you too as well as you just asking all the questions. Hope this is OK.

Eleanor

Hi Eleanor and all.

Wow Eleanor, you sounded very angry with me in your email. Sorry I
didn't' = impart the information.

What I actually did was check that incoming announcement was on in Profiles
and it wasn't.

Even where I have 2 numbers for the same person, I still here the voice
announcing the person's name although of course I don't know which number
they are calling from.
So, what I usually do is just give each number a slightly different name
like:
Mauricemob 1
And
Mauricemob 2.

Is that better.

Smile.

Maurice Press.

You do not tell us how you achieved this. As it is discussed on the list
and people from the list have assisted you, it would be nice to know how you

achieved this. For example, more than one person on the list told you (if
my memory serves me correctly of course) that if you have more than one
telephone number for the same person then it will not be able to tell you
who is calling? It would be good for the rest of us to know how you
achieved this?

Thanks to all those who assisted me with this issue.

All my contacts are now being spoken when someone calls me.

Thanks.
