What I actually did was check that incoming announcement was on in Profiles and it wasn't. Even where I have 2 numbers for the same person, I still here the voice announcing the person's name although of course I don't know which number they are calling from. So, what I usually do is just give each number a slightly different name like: Mauricemob 1 And Mauricemob 2. Is that better. Smile.
