Surely Talks could detect what phone you're using and disable that feature? Just could confuse people I'm thinking, and cause needless tech support calls.

Is the End-call button used to turn off and on the phone as well? If it is, then this is a function of Talks and no bug. Talks followed by power is like the pressing of the call key.
