But then, in order to do that, u need to know the kms code, which the user has 
stored.
When u swich on the phone, it askes u to enter the code. And certainly, u can 
not skip that step. And evenif u enter the code right, the sms will be send to 
the user.

hi kit ya u can disible automatic update and use wify to update and
even if u use a data plan not necessary u need a unlimited data plan
even a limited plan will do cause it only downloads 200 or 300kb per
day
