Not Stephen but here goes Adrian.  Stephen is talking about
the numbers on 
the numeric keypad which produce the letter i t apostrophy
and s to make up 
the word it's.  When you do predictive text you just press
the number for to 
get the letter I, the number 8 to get the letter T, the
number 1 for the 
apostrophy and the number 7 to get the S.

In a previous text you also asked about Talks and right
arrow, you would 
press Talks followed by the right arrow rather than both
keys together.
