Hello,
I downloaded ovi maps for my Nokia n82, when I tried to install the program
I get an error message, "error component built in"
could some one please advise what to do next.

No the Nokia web site uses flash so will not work well with screen readers
being it wants you to select your phone before it will let you download
Maps.
You can go to the blind sea web site to the 3rd Edition software link and
find OVI Maps software there for the N82.
