Yes I did state that the C5 had volume issues if you have updated the firmware on it. I noted that last Autust/September. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thought the Talks volume on this pone took a big drop in volume. But this isn't a Talks issue, it is a firmware issue from Nokia. The C5 is a nice small cheep phone is you can still find it, But I in most cases will not suggest people get it. The case being in most cases not all cases.

Interesting issues raised by Saqib. I would like to add that on my C5 the Talks volume is very low or else I have suddenly suffered a severe hearing loss. I have to have the volume on maximum (10) when out and then can only hear it with all the other environmental sounds. Very disappointing. Guess it is not a Talks issue but a C5 one.
