Thanks I have always left hose settings alone so that talks key is set for time out for ever and the other on single command.

I ordered a 32 gig card for my e72 today. Is any one else using this large capacity card in their handset and if so have you encountered any issues

The Talks mode time out has to do if you want to issue another Talks command after the first one. Example if you want to raze the volume lets say from volume 5 to 9. If you have the Talks mode timeout set to single commands, you would have to do a Talks 6, Talks 6, Talks 6, until you got to volume 9. Now if you have the Talks mode timeout set to lets say 1 second! Then you could raze the volume by doing a Talks 6, 6, 6, 6, as long as you kept pressing another key within the 1 second timeout you have set Talks will take it as a Talks command without having to press the Talks key each time. This is good maybe when you are changing volume and rate and maybea cursor stuff. Other then that, i never use it. I leave it at single commands beings I do not want to wait for the timeout in order to keep on typing after issuing a Talks command. So hopefully this help you understand what the Talks mode timeout controls.

What do you have the Talks command key timeout set to? This is found in
the advanced tab of Talks. It sounds like you may have changed this. This
is the 9th option down on that screen. You may need to change this to a
higher value initially until you get use to the phone. This will then give
you a longer time to press the next key after pressing the Talks key.

Subject: [Talks] e72 talks just stop working

Hi all
I am still using a 10 day demo on my e72 and it already just stop working
three times on me. Only thing I can then do is to switch phone off and
on again.
Also after I press the talks key the next key very often does not work
for talks. It does it's original function.
Are there any advice? I am using talks 5.1.
Thanks for any help.
