I don't use PC Suite for much, but when I do use it with JFW, I access it through the system tray. When running JFW, I use insert+F11 to bring up the system tray. Arrow down to PC Suite, tab over to the right mouse click, press the space bar and then arrow up and down the list of the different applets available. Others claim that PC Suite works better with NVDA and maybe Screen Access, but I haven't tried those combinations myself. An older version of PC Suite is also more accessible, but I moved on from that version myself a while ago, although maybe this was a mistake on my part.
