I use this version, which is probably still available on the web: Nokia_PC_Suite_682_rel_22_0_eng_us_web.msi
It is more accessible than version that followed so I have continued to use it. It does require some use of the JAWS cursor, but most of the buttons in dialogs are accessible using the Tab key.
