That's exactly the point. Microsoft has not allowed any provision for one to be created for win phone 7 at least in the first version and the future has not been commented on officially. Iam not sure what your point is, but the point of the comment was to say that the latest version of win 7 mobile will not have the potential for screen reader access for some unknown time or number of versions of win 7 mobile.
