You have to change Emoze settings to delete from the phone and PC.
>From Emoze main screen select your email account. Go down to settings
and select rules, then inbox/sub folders. Hit select on delete
policy. This will toggle the setting to delete from mobile and PC.

To change the interval for Emoze to check for email, again from the
Emoze start screen - select your email account, settings then account
info. Arrow down to power saving mode and select. From this menu, you
can arrow to the time interval you want and hit select to check it.

Don't know the answers to your other questions.
