Throughout this entire discussion, it sounds like there's pretty good agreement that trunk is perfectly acceptable to use as a road classification in OSM for the eastern US, and at least some general agreement that the examples I cited are reasonable examples of trunk roads? Am I mis-interpreting anyone? And also, that I'm not the only one who's very much disturbed by floridaeditor's changes?
