Leggendo quanto riportato nel link alla pagina wiki mi pare sia un invito rivolto più a singoli mappers che vogliano intraprendere un import piuttosto che ad una community che svolge talli attività in maniera coordinata. Detto questo sono ignorante per quanto concerne le dinamiche politiche comunitarie ai più alti livelli, ma forse un chiarimento da parte di un nostro membro attuale o ex della OSMF penso potrebbe mettere tutto a posto velocemente.
