I think "Capannole" (in Bucine comune) is the correct spelling, isn't it? In this case TIM seems to have UMTS coverage in the area, and also an interesting offer for you [1]: 19€ for 5GB/month (+ 5€ a the moment of the activation). You must unsubscribe at least 24h before the end of the month or this option will be renewed automatically (ask in a TIM shop how to do this).
