In my opinion 3 Italia [1] You can use an option called "Super Internet": 100 Mb/day @ 5 € month. UMTS only (you must have an UMTS dongle). If you active the option when you buy the sim card the first 30 days are free of charge. There are also time based rate, if you prefer. Just be aware that 3 Italia doesn't reach all places, so you have to verify the coverage on their website.
