mmm, interessante secondo me si può, CC-BY vuol dire che devi solo dichiarare da chi hai preso i dati e questo è possibile, anche con la ODBL questa la definizione CC-BY This license lets others distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you for the original creation.
