opening_hours sembra una proprietà che si aplica solo a negozi o cose simili:

hour_on e hour_off invece si applicano ai divieti ad orario.

potrebbe anche essere:
access=no
morotcar=yes
motorcar:hour_on=06:00:00
motorcar:hour_off=22:00:00
indicando che il tag motorcar=yes è attivo solo dalle 06:00:00 alle 22:00:00
