Concordo.. che senso ha unire una strada a un confine? sono due entità completamente diverse! Nel caso particolare in cui la strada cambiasse nome attraversando il confine la si potrebbe interrompere con un nodo messo lì vicino, no? Ma altrimenti tutto questo non ha senso..
senza contare il fatto che i confini, a differenza delle strade, non sono facili da tracciare (non sono disegnati sul terreno :-) , quindi non è semplice seguirli col gps), e quindi sarebbe meglio toccarli il meno possibile, per evitare l'accumularsi di errori non sempre individuabili..
