En fait, il en a rien à foutre de notre position, son but est de faire respecter des règles absurdes à tout prix, enlevez lui ses œillères. Et bien, il bloquera mon compte, et la oui, il n'y aura plus de suivi sur ce que j'aurai pu faire auparavant. Il faut que ces imports en masse puissent être suivis et répertoriés. Et bien en bloquant le compte, il aura tout gagné. Moi, à sa place, si ces règles fondamentales d'upload en masse étaient non respectées, je supprimerai cet import. Car cela ne sert pas à grand chose de bloquer un compte sans supprimer le travail du contributeur fautif. C'est bien l'import en masse qu'il est question, et si il met en péril la fondation même d'OSM, cela n'a aucun sens de bloquer un compte en laissant un travail mal réalisé laissé dans la base.
