The club - map as an area (might be the whole building). Tag it for the club .. club=sport, sport=soccer, name=* etc
The billiards as a node within the area of the way for the club. Tag as billiards, leisure=pitch (I think), sport=billiards.
There would be no tags that indicate the billiards are part of the club .. that is done by it being within the way for the club.
