Voting is still open a few more days for place=refugee_site

But I am still concerned about this claim: "For long-term refugee site
that are no longer under operation of the UNHCR or another
organization (other NGO, government, etc.) it is possible to use
instead or also the tag place=town or place=village."

You cannot tag the same Openstreetmap database object with both
place=town and place=refugee_site - you would have to create 2
separate nodes.
