As we have power=generator, we may try water=pump. Well, pumps aren't
always related to water
pump=* already exists to state how a given pump is powered (or not)

But it's focused on water wells while we find pumps in way more other
places with really different sizes.
We miss a key to map devices actually.
man_made=pump works.
Even works with pump=* to say how it is powered.
And content=* to say what it pumps...
