But isn't this always and everywhere the case (as Jarek mentioned before me)? My idea of the duty_free tag was to say "This shop offers some tax-refund-kind-of-service". That domestic passengers are banned from buying things (or from getting a refund) is something the legal system of a customs area regulates but that might change (see Brexit). Hauke
