This article, from 2016, makes it clear that a FSED is not a retail
medical clinic or an urgent care facility

So now I have several questions …

Have we reached the conclusion that a new tagging value is needed ?

If so, what is the schema for the new value ?

Can we move on to a vote ?

TIA
