Ok, I updated the existing proposal (the link is the same, https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/assembly_point:purpose ) moving from assembly_point:purpose=<EMERGENCY_TYPE> to assembly_point:<EMERGENCY_TYPE>=* .
