As a reminder, here are the key points : - Give a more detailed tagging for hydro-power facilities - Continue rivers/streams into pipelines and tunnels - Separate content (waterways) from containers (pipeline, tunnels, canals...) This is mainly new tags and a really few objects have to be edited. Several comments from first vote have been considered and the proposal evolved a bit as to not clutter so much waterway key.
