What's the best way to map signs like this <https://goo.gl/maps/4LEbAkUXM222> on freeways/motorways that list exits serving a particular area, including destinations, distances to the exits, and exit numbers? Perhaps one destination_sign relation for each exit listed, or is there a better way, if any at all?
